This version took effect on 10 October 2026.

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes what information Bulin 47 AI collects when you use the photo-to-video and AI generation tools offered at bulin47ai.video (the "Service"), and how that information is used, shared, kept and protected.

2. Information We Collect and Process

The exact data depends on which tools you touch. Typical categories are:

  • Account information: your name, email address, sign-in identifiers, profile fields, preferences and session data.
  • Generation information: the prompts you write, the photos or other files you upload as references, the model and settings you pick, the videos and images that come back, job status, your creation history and the related timestamps.
  • Payment and subscription information: which plan or credit pack you bought, your remaining credits, order references, whether a charge succeeded, the billing email, invoice data, renewal status and a small set of payment metadata. Card numbers are collected by the payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
  • Technical and usage information: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, the pages and tools you open, request times, error reports, performance metrics and signals used to detect abuse.
  • Communications: messages you send to support, content reports, privacy requests, feedback and any follow-up correspondence.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: data that keeps you signed in, secures sessions, remembers language or display choices, measures usage and makes the core product work.

3. How We Use Information

Your information lets us:

  • Run the video and image generators, your account, creation history, subscriptions and credits
  • Confirm your identity at sign-in, hold your session open and recover a locked account
  • Send your prompt and uploaded photo to the model you selected and deliver the finished clip
  • Complete checkouts, top up or deduct credits, issue invoices and process cancellations or refunds
  • Spot prohibited content, fraud, security incidents and misuse
  • Trace failed renders, track page speed, see which models people prefer and make the Service better
  • Answer support, content, legal and privacy requests
  • Satisfy legal requirements and apply our Terms of Service

The legal grounds we rely on vary by region: the contract we have with you, our legitimate interest in keeping the Service running and safe, legal obligations we must meet, and your consent in cases where the law asks for it.

4. Photos, Prompts and the Clips You Generate

Prompts, uploaded photos, generation settings and outputs are processed so the model you chose can create your clip. To do that, this information may be sent to third-party AI model, hosting, storage and safety providers. Depending on the feature, the underlying models can include Google Veo video models, OpenAI Sora and GPT Image models, ByteDance Seedance and Seedream models, Google Gemini image models and Black Forest Labs FLUX models.

Photos that show a person's face are used only as the visual reference for the render you request. We do not build facial-recognition templates from them and do not use them to identify anyone. Only upload images of yourself or of adults who have agreed to be animated, and never upload confidential information or personal data you are not entitled to share. Automated safety systems may review prompts, uploaded photos and generated outputs to catch prohibited content and abuse.

5. Cookies and Analytics

We rely on strictly necessary cookies or comparable storage to keep you signed in, protect your account and run core features. We may also use preference and analytics tools to remember your settings, count feature usage, diagnose slow pages and improve the Service.

Most cookies can be managed in your browser. Turning off the essential ones will usually log you out and break the generator. Where the law requires consent for non-essential analytics, we ask for it before switching those tools on.

6. How We Share Information

We never sell personal information. We share only what is needed with:

  • AI and content-safety providers that process prompts, uploaded photos and outputs for the model you selected or for safety review
  • Cloud hosting and storage providers that run the Service and store uploaded and generated media
  • Payment providers that handle purchases, subscriptions, refunds, fraud screening and tax or billing duties. These may include Waffo Pancake or another provider shown at checkout
  • Sign-in, email, analytics, monitoring and support providers that help us operate and secure the Service
  • Authorities or other parties when the law or legal process requires it, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is needed to protect users, rights, safety or the integrity of the Service
  • A successor organization if the Service is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization or sale of assets, with appropriate safeguards in place

Each provider is contractually limited to the job we hired it for and must keep the data confidential and protected.

7. Data Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain your history, protect security, settle disputes, enforce our agreements and meet legal, tax, accounting or regulatory requirements.

  • Account and generation information may be kept while your account is active or while history features remain switched on.
  • Uploaded photos and generated clips may stay available in your history or in the storage needed to deliver the Service.
  • Billing and transaction records may be kept for the periods that tax, accounting, payment, fraud-prevention and dispute laws require.
  • Security logs and support records may be kept for a reasonable time based on operational and legal needs.

Once we verify a deletion or account-closure request, eligible personal data is deleted or de-identified within 30 calendar days. Encrypted backup copies can survive for a further 90 days at most, after which the backup cycle overwrites them. A small set of records can outlast those periods when we need them for legal compliance, fraud prevention, chargebacks, dispute resolution or to defend legal rights.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Your local law may give you some or all of these rights:

  • Be told what kinds of personal data we gather, how we use them and who receives them
  • Access your personal data or obtain a copy of it
  • Have inaccurate or missing account details corrected
  • Ask us to delete eligible personal data and close your account
  • Limit or object to certain processing
  • Receive certain data in a portable, machine-readable format
  • Withdraw consent where we rely on it
  • Unsubscribe from any promotional email while continuing to get receipts and security alerts
  • Complain to the data-protection regulator where you live

How to exercise your rights

Write to support@bulin47ai.video from the email address on your account, using the subject Privacy Request or Account Deletion Request. Tell us whether you want access, correction, export, restriction, objection, account closure or deletion, and point us to the account or data concerned.

We may ask for reasonable details to confirm your identity and avoid disclosing or deleting data for the wrong person. Eligible requests are confirmed and fulfilled no later than 30 calendar days after we receive them. Where the law permits more time for a complicated request, we will explain the delay and give you a new completion date. Your name and a few other profile fields can be edited yourself under Settings.

Closing your account does not wipe the payment, security, fraud and dispute records that we are legally required, or legitimately need, to keep in order to protect the Service and the people who use it.

9. International Data Transfers

The Service and its providers may process information outside the country where you live. Where required, we protect these transfers with appropriate safeguards such as contractual clauses, recognized adequacy mechanisms and access controls.

10. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections, access controls, credential protection, logging and, where appropriate, content-safety and anti-abuse checks. No online service can promise perfect security.

If we discover a personal-data incident that the law says we must report, we will notify affected users and the relevant authorities within the legally required timeframe.

11. Children's Privacy

The Service is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. You must also meet any higher minimum age set by the laws that apply to you. Photos of minors may not be uploaded for animation. If you believe a child has shared personal information with us, contact us so we can look into it and delete eligible data.

The Service may link to or connect with third-party services, including the social platforms where you post your clips. Their own privacy policies govern how they handle information, and this Privacy Policy does not cover data they collect independently.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy as the Service, our providers or the law change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top, and we will give additional notice of material changes when the law requires it.

14. Contact Information
