About Bulin 47 AI, the Fan-Made Freestyle Video Maker

Who runs Bulin 47 AI, what the photo-to-video generator can and cannot do, how we check what we publish, and how to reach the team.

Bulin 47 AI is a small web service that lets fans create short vertical videos inspired by the street freestyle that put Dominican dembow artist Bulin 47 in front of millions of viewers. You bring one photo and a few lines describing the scene; a third-party video model animates a new clip that you can download and post.

Why does this site exist?

When the sidewalk freestyle Bulin 47 recorded with Kevin Wai outside a restaurant in Spain started circulating, people did not just watch it — they wanted to be part of it. Many of the tools that appeared around the trend were confusing about what they actually produced. We built Bulin 47 AI to give fans a straightforward way to make their own take on that moment while being honest about the technology underneath.

Is this an official Bulin 47 product?

No. Bulin 47 AI is an independent fan project. We have no relationship with Bulin 47, Kevin Wai, their management, their record labels or the people who filmed the original video, and none of them have reviewed or approved this site. We do not host, edit or redistribute the original recording or its song. Artist names appear on this site only to describe the trend the tool is inspired by.

What the generator does — and what it does not

The generator is an image-to-video and text-to-video interface connected to models such as Veo 3.1, Sora 2 and Seedance 1.5 Pro. Each render is a newly generated clip: the motion, background, framing and any sound come from the model's interpretation of your photo and prompt.

It does not swap your face into the viral video, copy the original choreography or reproduce its audio. Results vary between runs, and hands, lips and fast gestures can look unnatural. Model names belong to their providers, and their availability can change without notice.

Who maintains Bulin 47 AI?

The site is run by a small product team that handles the interface, billing, support and the written pages you are reading. Our Editorial Policy describes how we check claims, date updates and fix mistakes.

How do we check what we publish?

Every statement about features is compared with the live interface: which models appear in the selector, which aspect ratios and durations they accept, and how many credits each one charges. When a capability depends on a model provider rather than on our code, we say so. We avoid view counts, speed promises or quality rankings unless we can show how they were measured, because generative output depends on the prompt, the input photo, the model version and server load.

Using the tool responsibly

Upload only photos you have the right to use. Animating another adult requires their permission, and images of minors are not allowed. Please label your posts as AI-generated where the platform supports it, and never present a generated clip as real footage of the artist or of anyone else. The full rules are in our Terms of Service.
