The rules for using Bulin 47 AI, covering accounts, photo consent, generated videos, acceptable use, plans and credits, refunds, privacy and liability.

1. Introduction

Thanks for choosing Bulin 47 AI. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") apply whenever you access or use the photo-to-video and AI generation tools offered at bulin47ai.video (the "Service"). Using the Service means you accept these Terms; if you do not, please do not use it.

2. Service Description

Bulin 47 AI offers image-to-video and text-to-video generation for short freestyle-style clips, along with image generation and related creative tools. Rendering clips needs a signed-in account and enough credits from a plan or pack.

Bulin 47 AI is an independent fan project and an interface layer built on third-party infrastructure and AI model providers. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist Bulin 47, Kevin Wai, their representatives or labels, and it does not host or reuse the original viral video or its music. Depending on the workflow you pick, the underlying models may include Google Veo video models, OpenAI Sora and GPT Image models, ByteDance Seedance and Seedream models, Google Gemini image models and Black Forest Labs FLUX models. Model availability, names, capabilities and providers can change, and unless we say otherwise, Bulin 47 AI has no affiliation with or endorsement from those providers.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected, and they may resemble content produced for other people. Check every clip before you rely on it, publish it or share it.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You need the legal capacity to enter into an agreement like this one. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you are allowed to bind it.
  • Keep your account and billing information accurate and current.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your sign-in details and for everything done through your account.
  • Tell us at support@bulin47ai.video right away if you suspect someone else has accessed your account.

4. User Content and Intellectual Property

You keep whatever rights you lawfully hold in your prompts, uploaded photos and generated outputs. You are responsible for making sure your inputs, and the way you use your outputs, follow the law and do not infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights. In particular, you may upload a photo of a person only if it shows you or an adult who has given permission to be animated, and you must not present a generated clip as genuine footage of the artist or of any other real person. Where a platform lets you label content as AI-generated, we ask that you do so.

So that we can render, store and show your clips, you grant Bulin 47 AI and its service providers a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, process and display your inputs and outputs, and only for running, securing, troubleshooting and supporting the Service. We gain no ownership over your lawful content through it.

The Service itself, including its software, interface, branding, documentation and original site content, belongs to Bulin 47 AI or its licensors. Except where the law allows or we agree in writing, you may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, scrape or commercially exploit the Service.

5. Subscriptions, Credits, Billing, and Cancellation

  • Billing authorization: When you buy a subscription or credits, you authorize the payment provider shown at checkout to charge the displayed price, applicable taxes and any recurring fees disclosed to you.
  • Automatic renewal: Monthly and annual plans roll over into a new period automatically unless you switch renewal off. The interval and price are displayed before you pay.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel through the subscription management portal or the cancellation option available in the pricing or account area. Cancelling stops future renewals and normally takes effect when the current paid period ends.
  • Credits: The number of credits a render costs depends on the model and settings you choose. Credits stay tied to the account that bought them and lapse on the schedule shown at pricing or checkout.
  • Payment processing: Your payment is run by Waffo Pancake or whichever processor the checkout page names. Full card details are processed by that payment provider and are not stored on our servers.
  • Refunds: Our Refund Policy explains eligibility and how to make a request. Nothing in these Terms reduces mandatory consumer rights.

If a charge looks wrong, please email support@bulin47ai.video before opening a payment dispute so we can look into it.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

These rules form our Acceptable Use Policy. They apply to every prompt, uploaded photo and generated clip or image, and to any attempt to work around the Service's safeguards.

The following are off-limits, whether you upload them, prompt for them, generate them or help someone else do so:

  1. Sexual or NSFW content: Porn, nude or sexually explicit clips, sexually suggestive scenes, sexual services or fetish material. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized images of minors, and any grooming or exploitation of minors.
  2. Violent or graphic content: Graphic injury, gore, torture, glorified violence, terrorism or violent extremism, instructions for weapons of mass destruction, or material meant to threaten or enable physical harm.
  3. Hateful or abusive content: Material that attacks, dehumanizes, harasses or encourages discrimination or violence against people because of protected characteristics.
  4. Deceptive impersonation or deepfakes: Non-consensual intimate imagery, misleading depictions of real people, impersonation, identity fraud, or deepfakes designed to deceive viewers about where a clip came from or whether it is real. This includes animating someone's photo without their consent.
  5. Intellectual-property or privacy violations: Material that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, confidential information or other proprietary or personal rights.
  6. Illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity: Material that breaks the law, enables scams or phishing, spreads malicious code, promotes regulated wrongdoing, exploits vulnerable people, or is meant to deceive or cause harm.

You also must not bypass safety filters, probe or disrupt the security of the platform, automate unauthorized access, scrape outputs at scale, resell access without our permission, or use the Service in breach of applicable law or card-network rules.

7. Content Review, Reporting, and Enforcement

Automated safeguards check prompts, uploaded photos and generated outputs. These checks combine keyword blocklists, automated safety classifiers and the moderation built into each model provider. No automated system is flawless, so flagged or reported content may receive additional review.

To report prohibited content, a suspected impersonation, a child-safety concern or an infringement, email support@bulin47ai.video with the subject Content Report. Include the relevant URL or account details, a description of the problem and any screenshots or evidence you have. Our target is to confirm receipt within three business days; anything involving child safety or a credible risk of physical harm jumps the queue.

Depending on how serious the issue is, prior history and the applicable law, we may decline a request, block or remove content, restrict features, suspend or close an account, preserve relevant records, or report suspected illegal activity to the proper authorities. Accounts involved in child exploitation, terrorism, credible threats, fraud or non-consensual intimate imagery may be suspended on the spot. To challenge an enforcement decision, reply to the notice or contact support with the relevant context.

8. Privacy

How we collect, use, keep and share personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you understand that prompts, uploaded photos and related request data may be passed to hosting, storage, safety and AI model providers when that is necessary to run the workflow you selected.

9. Service Availability and Changes

The Service is offered "as is" and "as available." Models, features, credit prices, limits and availability can change. We may modify, pause or discontinue parts of the Service to keep it secure, reliable, compatible with providers or legally compliant. Continuous uptime and a specific result from any prompt are not guaranteed.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent the law allows, we disclaim all express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and the accuracy of AI outputs. Nothing a model generates should be treated as legal, medical, financial or other professional guidance.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Bulin 47 AI and its affiliates, service providers and personnel are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill or business opportunities arising from the Service. Any right or liability that the law forbids us to exclude still applies.

12. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service whenever you wish. We may limit, suspend or end access when we reasonably believe an account poses a fraud, abuse, security, legal, payment or policy risk. Requests to close an account or delete personal data are handled as explained in the Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms as the Service, our providers or the law evolve. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top, and we will give additional notice of material changes where the law requires it. Using the Service once the new version is in force counts as agreeing to it.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the place where the Service operator is established, without overriding any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Before starting any formal claim, write to us and give us a chance to resolve the matter informally.
