How Your Credit Balance Works
Credits leave your balance when a render starts and come back if the job does not finish.
Charged per render
Only the clip you start is charged, once per job. Browsing your gallery and downloading finished clips are free.
Automatic return on failure
If a render errors out or is blocked by a safety filter, the credits for that job are restored to your balance without a support ticket.
Annual credits arrive up front
Yearly plans add the full year of credits on the day you subscribe instead of releasing them month by month, and they stay valid for that plan year.
Monthly and one-time balances
Monthly plan credits are valid for the 30-day billing period they belong to. One-time packs never renew and remain in your account for long-term use.
